10 week program that includes theory, lab and clinical sessions. First 5 weeks are theory sessions at MAS and last 5 weeks are clinical sessions at a local skilled nursing facility. The program is $1,500.

MORNING: Monday-Friday
8AM to 12:10 PM (Weeks 1-5) Theory at MAS
7AM to 11:10 AM (Weeks 6-10) Clinical at local skilled nursing facility

Get certified as an entry-level clinical medical assistant in 8 weeks through our partner, Cal Regional.
Training includes 160 hours of classroom instruction, hands-on training, and externship. It also offers a CPR certification and national exam. The program is $2,995. Interest-free payment plans are available.
High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalent is required for the program.

MAS is a satellite for Monterey Peninsula Community College (MPC). We host their phlebotomy technician training program on our campus. The training will start February 21st and end May 2nd, 2026.
